My gut said that the last one wasn't an argument. However, I talked myself into thinking "it was revered" was a premise and "considered invaluable..." was the conclusion.

I was looking for an answer that adds support to the conclusion (methane production from cows could be kept in check if cows were given better-quality diets) Not an answer that reinforces an assumption. I also think the assumption that the demand for meat and milk production affects the cows diet is a reach and isn't made solely within the argument.

@cclarez61 but the conclusion states that it is likely that "many" people...not that at least one person overestimates their odds. Answer choice A matched the words used in the premises(most and many), so I think it makes more sense that answer choice A would be the argument's dependent assumption. Not to mention it explains the reasoning further.
