i don’t get how it’s D. Although they replaced red meat with baked goods which are even richer in fat, we don’t know how much of those baked goods they’re consuming. What if they’re consuming baked goods 2x less than they were consuming red meat? In that case, how would they be consuming even more fat than those who have not reduced red meat consumption.

I knew where to find the answer but I got B wrong due to the wording. The test makers doing anything besides wording stuff normally
