@PowerUp_Tutoring agreed. However the video explanation negates answer C to be "if a practice involves...then it didn't cause harm," whereas the written explanation says "it doesnt necessarily cause harm" and warns not to go too far in negation, as further demonstrated by @LowriThomas explanation above.
Separately, the video explanation emphasizes the difference between the vapors from household cleaning products as opposed to the toxic vapors produced when bacteria degrades them. I think that distinction, particularly the "toxic" specifiier, is what makes this answer wrong.
i originally interpreted "excessively conservative" to mean the courts approached their ruling in a more gingerly and cautious manner because of the problem of interpreting "ownership" - as it relates to the overall problem of translating constitutional language. i picked C based on that faulty misinterpretation, which is the inverse of what A is saying. Fortunately, I corrected myself during blind review, but how do i prevent misinterpretations like this on the initial stab? particularly ones where the misinterpretation can swing me towards the complete inverse of what the correct answer is saying?
please put explanations for all the questions you're going to include it in study plan drills! We're paying for explanations that we're not getting.
Hi guys! I've been using 7Sage for a few months now and I've been trying to alternate between older and newer practice sections so I don't burn through material. However, alot of the older tests do not have explanations available. 7Sage Team, I would really appreciate if these could be added! In the meantime, if anyone else has been running into this problem, how have you been circumnavigating it?
@dtodaizzle184 Makes SM more sense when you look at it that way thank you!!!
