@Susie :) my understanding of prescriptive is just telling someone to DO something, like a call to action. you SHOULD**. i'm thinking about it with the "prescription" , like do this thing that i'm told to do, to solve this problem (set up by the premises)
@littlehoot i believe so. a prescriptive conclusion is telling someone to DO something (think prescription, take this thing to solve your ailment) and the ailment in this case was set up in the premises
@dtt23546 i'm basically the exact opposite i hate it here
@jjjjffff this is also a trick for a logical fallacy, being that it requires you to assume the idea that it being highly profitable makes them encouraging the switch to be untrustworthy. this is i think ad hominem / maybe appeal to authority kinda
@afghahi2004983 you made an extra assumption jumping from needing salt = extra yield, which we don't know to be true
grrrr as a theatre kid this is fucking stupid. actors have copies of their plays... duh you have to bring in "outside knowledge" to answer this question which is against the rules of the lsat . boooooo
@ElaineRogers yep, probably timing! BR is for questions you took extra time on / went back and forth on answers OR got wrong. they can be flagged that way for any of those reasons, i've only been using BR when i know i got at least one wrong or i was really hesitant about an answer
@Shajah Qadeer i think it's technically in the "notes" section
@j4yy rizz ig
i feel like this one DOES kinda make stand with author POV, because of the use of "we"
