I have been doing this “manually” now that the AI feature is available. I just write down my priority topics from my analysis section and ask AI which lessons should I review to improve on these question types. The chat gives me direct links.
I think having a clickable link right on the priorities page to associated lessons would be very helpful though. One less step and allows those that aren’t aware of AI or are not okay with using AI to still get this benefit.
I think the concept is very helpful. Time is a major issue for this test- if you can see where you are spending too much time, you can work on seeing the correct answer faster. This allows you to have extra time to go back or to spend on other questions that need it!
However, I do think being able to change the target time for those with accommodations would be very helpful. I would utilize this feature a lot more if that were the case. Right now- I just scroll and see which Q’s I spent the most time on overall and use that to influence my studying topics.
As I am seeing these posts about features lately, I think it is clear that many users aren’t aware of features or don’t know how to utilize them to improve their studying/scores. Perhaps you guys should do a series or marketing to highlight available features, what they do and how they can be utilized.
I love this feature. It keeps me motivated and it’s a ballpark pulse test in between prep tests. I think it would be helpful for many to make it clear that it IS a rough estimate. And I do find it is less accurate/telling on smaller drills.
Truly one of my favorite added features.
Have you taken PTs previously that were in that "era" of the LSAT? You can google and see that starting around PT 151 the LSAT started having more nuanced language and things were a little harder to see off first read. I found, for instance, that the flaw questions used more convoluted answer choices as well as seeming to pick a flaw that wasn't the obvious one in the stimulus. This may be why you saw a difference in your scoring. Mine was actually opposite. I saw a good score jump when I hit 151/152... then took 155... and that was a humbling experience. You got this... just make sure you are reading very very carefully and apply those skills to a T.
When in blind review mode, the "I" icon at the top tells you why the question was selected- changed answers multiple times, took longer than target time, answered incorrectly etc. I feel this gives information that can cause errors in the validity of your blind review score. Is there a way to hide the option of have those details available while doing the blind review? I don't want to know why the question was selected or even have the option of knowing why until after I have completed the review.
Thank you so much for taking our feedback!
@catherism This part! Okay you are explaining you can’t change it with this platform. But then WHY DID YOU PICK THIS PLATFORM?!
These UI changes are awful- and they try to ride the train of “accessibility” but accessing these features costs time/focus. So, these are actually holding those that need these features to a different standard than those that aren’t reliant on them. So by trying to make it more accessible and fair… you make it less accessible and fair. Got it.
