I was really attracted to the first answer, A. However reading through the stimulus twice and all the answers twice showed me that nothing is stated about public opinion on issues as a whole. A is too broad. So E makes more sense because the sculpture and public opinion is what is focused on.
I think it was because he put a slash through it like he does wrong answers made me confused i dunno.
