I am very much in the same position! The plan was to take it in August but I never signed up for it because I didn't feel ready. I wanted to try taking it in September but I still don't feel ready so now I may take it in October. If I were you, I would see the score needed for those schools and compare to your PTs. If they are around that school's score I would say to take it but if you really feel like you need time, def push it.

@Liliana_Levy I eliminated all answer except A and E because I was more focused on the word "simulated trial situations." A/E both had that and saw that A talked about surveys so I crossed that one out.

In D, a controlled study is where researchers compare an experimental group(getting treatment) against another group that is getting another kind of treatment or known as a placebo. That's why I eliminated D right away because it also said nontrial but there was trials it was just stimulated!

That's what my thought process was.

@kimwexler yess, i would honestly just read the paragraph and take the main idea of that specific paragraph. there isn't any right summary it is what helps you!

for anyone who needs help, NA uses strong words like required/ depends on while SA uses the word assume/properly drawn a lot!

for each sentence i quickly translated to LAWGIC and got..

Business profit increase -> consumer live DOWNTOWN 

Decrease cost of living ->  consumers increase 

Profits downtown NOT increase ->  traffic congestion decrease

I was quickly able to do process of elimination using this!

@aikol.iva i thought i would share my mind thoughts while doing this!

firstly, I quickly eliminated B,C, and E. Why? because the stimulus never once mentioned vegetarians, children/adolescents, or even people at the age of 50. I didn't choose D because in this case we know that there is correlation between iron rich diets and a disease and D doesn't really do anything in this case. It doesn't strengthen what the journalist is saying. In the case of A, we have that people with a genetic predisposition to PD have no more iron in their diets without the predisposition. Now, this does something unlike D where it is more of statement. We see that same comparison from the stimulus.

hi! I am also studying for the LSAT for September. My biggest tip would be to consider buying the loophole on amazon! It has 12 chapters with drills and really makes you think differently. There are many drills in there to help you. I finished it and it has helped so much for LR. I went from 12/25 to a 20/25.

for some reason, i am struggling to find the premise versus the conclusion. Is there any tips on how to spot the conclusion?
