Wait why can we assume that if a debt is not rightfully forgiven, that they have to pay it? Can we assume it's wrong to not pay a debt if it's not forgiven?

I used to play competitive tennis, and the difference between a 170 and a 175+ is like, the difference between a 4.0 and 5.0 tennis player. Both are v good at hitting the ball over the net, and can play the game p well, but the 5.0 just has a lot more experience, talent, skill, whatever. Like, 175+ is the top 1 percent of a group that self selects to be smarter than average and is probably more disciplined and hard working than average, and you gotta beat 99 percent of those people by definition with the way the curve works. Every time anyone scores a 175+, they're taking away spots from someone else that would've gotten a high score (not really cuz the curve is predetermined, but you can think of it that way, since the score distributions inform the future tests). So really you gotta grind a ton more for the last 5 or whatever points.

Look up the t1-4 softs for law school. Id say if you are posting on here you're probably low t3 to t4 in softs. Considering that most ppl are around that tier, id mostly focus on your scores now since it's hard to really change your tier/stand out (like, every guy applying has like some corporate job, mock trial, political campaign job, etc). At that point, if your scores are high/above median all you gotta do is make your softs presentable. If your scores are poor/below median you better start praying to whatever deity you wish, or changing your name to Obama, or doing whatever the law school equivalent of curing cancer is 🤣 cuz it's gonna be an uphill battle ngl.

What on earth is this? All we know is that the cold conditions weren't good for the insects, so they never established. But I don't see why we can assume that warm conditions would be good for the insects? I mean, all we know is that it won't be as cold, but that just means one barrier to the insects being established is lifted

@ZaneClezie for most of us we can't change our softs too much so I think it would be necessary for us right?

i looked him up- bro was in the military in an elite ranger regiment, went to dartmouth- an ivy league school with a 3.48 (which is relatively low for harvard, but i wouldn’t really say it’s low) and was both homeless and is an urm. that’s like, t 2 softs (homelessness and elite military) and not an exceptionally low lsat or gpa. compare this to like, an avg kjd splitter who has like a 3.5 and a 172, i don’t think that splitter would get into harvard unless they are similarly cracked lmao
