So did I overthink this one... ? I saw how it said "our" national economists in the stimulus and then answer choice C just said "national economists" and thought it was too broad because there are so many nations and who is to say what national economists think in regards to the values/beliefs of the economists of one country.
high priority means that you got the question wrong during regular and blind review. If you get the quest right during both it will be a "low priority"
So I got 12/14 right, but my timing is terrible. I was overall 10 minutes slower than target time... how do I go faster, because at this rate I won't finish the test on time.
It isn't just "solely" an emotional appeal to history, but also respect to the city's government and authority, which has no relation to history. It is wrong because it addresses only one of the two aspects of his value argument.
Pls someone explain how you are supposed to do all of this in under two minutes...
I mean this question took me years to decipher through the word vomit
I did the same thing don't worry. I guess this is a sign to not completely throw away an answer because it uses "only if"

Does a rule have to address all of the premises to "fully trigger" the sufficient condition and yield the conclusion or necessary condition? Like when JY talked about how answer choice C could have been right if it said "if an act is done with an intention to cause harm then it is wrong" it would have been right, even if it never addressed the premise knowing right from wrong... Im confused.
I did the same thing... I overlooked what C was actually saying because I was too focused on C saying "most" because I was scared it was too ambigious.
From my experience thus far, I think that for the easier (lower difficulty questions) you can assume this, but for the much harder ones, many of the answer choices will fall on a spectrum. This means a majority of the answers will have no impact on the argument (restated premise, irrelevant/ambiguous info), and some (probably like two answers) will weaken the argument. However, one answer choice will have a much stronger weakening effect than the other, and it is up to you to discern which of the two does a better job.
How is "only" translated into a most relationship... I thought "only" implied a necessary condition. Now I am confused
I have the same question honestly
I was between E and C but felt like E actually went along with the stimulus and C was more outside of the stimulus scope. Anyone else think this way
love the try it first and then video explanation after format
If this confuses you, look up the some train from the logical reasoning bible and it explains this type of argument really well
From prior knowledge, I am not sure if this helps in your understanding, I know that the "object" receives the action of the verb. So, in that case, when you figure out what the verb of the sentence is, see if there is a word or phrase that the verb is directly or indirectly affecting. If the verb is "drinks" ask yourself what is being drank in the sentence. If it is "milk" then, milk is the direct object of the verb. Not sure if that helps!
