i’m also in san diego and my diagnostic was also 138! i read the loophole first and it allowed me to bump up 6 points after a month. then i started the study plan on 7 sage which has been a bit confusing after using the loophole, but it’s been helpful going to the live classes

For those of you who also have ADHD, what study strategies or schedules have helped you make progress without feeling cognitive overload or losing focus? I'd really appreciate any tips or routines that have worked for you.
