I didn't choose b on either run through, but i wrote out the P->C bridge in full glory (and all premises in conditional language) and B fully worked. I only didn't choose it during blind review because E also worked and was more direct.

I have been struggling really bad in WSE, but I actually got this in 62 seconds. I just remembered that the acid was an open causal chain.

This question has a really strange use of 'but' in the correct answer. In formal logic, but is usally an 'and', but it's used as an 'or' in the correct answers choice
I agree. I don't know what I'm missing. I accepted that both D and A rely on assumptions of relevance. I don't understand how assuming the same techniques were used (A) and the weight used in the test was heavy enough (D) are dissimilar enough to warrant a correct and incorrect assumption.
I was so lost, but used Poe for the win. Note to self, don't trust "words" in "quotation marks"
