I know those questions are usually the curve breaker ones and I keep choosing the second most popular answer every single time... Any tips on how to approach this problem?

lol chatgpt said C is the correct answer
My main problem is that I do not understand what any of the answer choices mean... They all sound gibberish so I cannot even think about what might be the correct one. Any tips for this? Do I have to just memorize the meaning of every possible answer lol
can you share the link please
I dont understand why E is incorrect, if DNA similarity was not the result of inbreeding, then our premise of "they did not inbreed because the DNA's are different" won't work...?
I don't understand how we chose "one should at confident" as the conclusion. I am having trouble with these conditional conclusions. Any tips?
What basics should I go back to if I keep getting these questions wrong? I have no idea how to even approach...
Sorry, WhAt?!
Because the conclusion says Penn should not receive the award. There's no information about why someone should not receive the award on the stem. So we need to use our intuition to find a reason of why Penn should not receive. The key is "but not otherwise". So one will not be eligible when they don't have a perfect record. And technically if one cannot be eligible, then they obviously cannot receive the award. However B says BOTH Frank and Penn have perfect records, if that is the case, we cannot explain why Penn should not receive the award. Hope that helps!
same im gonna kms
Aren't we assuming that "not allowing change" means preserving species? I am so confused about having to make assumptions on some questions and not on the others... I cannot read the writer's mind like what am I supposed to do?!!
what "building blocks" are you talking about?
Yes, the relation between smoking and cancer is general knowledge but I hate that the writers pick and choose what assumptions are reasonable and what is not. In one question we say "do not make any assumptions" and in the other one we say "well that's basic knowledge". How am I supposed to know what the writer believes is reasonable??!!!
every single time! I don't know what to do!
I don't understand... aren't we making assumptions in both B and E? How do I choose this assumption makes more sense than the other one when we are told to not have any assumptions lol
seriously... it took me 7 minutes to GUESS an answer lol
I don't understand why C is incorrect. It says all coffeehouses are public places. And most public places that are well designed have art pieces. Since coffeehouses are public places, then a well designed coffeehouse should have art pieces no?
Yes!! That is exactly how I managed to understand as well!!
yeah i think it is about time that i give up
