Hi there! I am from the Milwaukee area and plan to take the LSAT in April. I was wondering if anyone in the area wanted to meet in-person to become study buddies so we can teach and learn from each other!

Hi, Study Buddies!

I hope all is going great for everyone and studying hasn’t been too grueling on you.

I wanted to reach out to all of you on here again for two reasons:

Firstly, our study group has the amazing opportunity to meet with 7Sage’s @"Scott Milam"tomorrow (Saturday, April 9, 2022) for an hour seminar from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM PST. If you haven’t already checked out our GroupMe (chatroom just for our study group), the information for the event and the zoom invite link is posted in there. If you don’t have access to the GroupMe; we have another study session tonight from 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM PST via zoom, we’d love to have you drop in and study with us and you can get the GroupMe link from me then, or send me a message and I’d be happy to get you connected to our GroupMe and the awesome people that make up our study group.

Secondly, studying for this test is a long and often difficult process; it’s very easy to feel discouraged, frustrated, and unmotivated— I struggle with these things myself. I wanted to let you know that you are not alone, and I wanted to encourage you to keep going, to keep trying. As the great Dory from Finding Nemo once said, “When life gets you down, you know what you gotta do? Just keep swimming.”

Recap:

Study Group Zoom Meeting with Scott tomorrow, Saturday, April 9, 2022 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM PST— look in the GroupMe for the zoom link or reach out if you don’t have the GroupMe.

You got this!

Planning on taking the November LSAT, scoring around 165 but aiming higher. Looking to create a study group, I am currently in University so I think evening time 7 PST would be best or early morning. Looking to meet around three times a week and focus more on LR and RC. Also for support through this. Planning on going through PT 62+

I am looking for someone who would love to BR with me over Zoom (aiming to do November LSAT-Flex). If you are interested please message or email me at dcain19@jcu.edu.

I am scoring in the late 150s-early 160s and will have more time to study for the LSAT. I am looking to write the LSAT again by October/November. I’m looking for someone who is dedicated, studying full-time, and ideally scoring in the similar range. Message or comment if interested.

Hello dear reader,

Im writing in for the mid 2017 exam. Late 20s male here looking for a determined study buddy...preferably one whom which we can become attached at the hip, and serve as an inspiration, and a constant reminder to each other of our impending success on the upcoming exam.

Please post a reply here if you're interested.

Goodluck to everyone reading this!

Hi community,

Looking to form a group of motivated studiers to BR one PT/week over the summer.

Anyone who wants to join can do so using this link -- no need to message me directly or post your email!

I've learned from participating in the community here that talking through problems is the best way for me to learn at this stage of my studying. I'm taking the July LSAT and it's my third and last chance to get a 174+. I've been scoring mid 170s on PTs, and I want to get serious with a group, because I know that's the only way to make sure my performance on test day is bulletproof.

All levels are welcome!

I find it best when there is a mix!

Looking forward to studying!

Zach

Hey Guys, I live in ATL near the battery and I am taking the April LSAT. I would love to meet some people in the area that would be interested in potentially starting an ATL study group or just a study buddy that would meet once a week or once every other week.

Hi I scored a 144 on the July LSAT flex with little to no studying. I'm scheduled to take the October LSAT and my goal score is a 155. If anybody is willing to either join me in a study group or be my tutor it'd be greatly appreciate! Willing to pay! Please get back to me, I need as much help as possible!

Hi there! Reaching out to see if there is anyone else in the Jacksonville, NC area studying for the October or future LSATs and would want to get a study group together? I’m a military spouse moving to the area and thought this would be a great way to connect!

Hey y'all! Graduated in 2017, currently working full-time in government, and looking for some study buddies to get together on Zoom about once a week or so.

Comment below or reach out to me if you're interested in joining!

Some goals I have for studying together are:

  • Holding each other accountable
  • Motivating each other
  • Troubleshooting questions / sections together
  • A couple of quick questions if you're interested in joining the study group (my answers below too!):

  • What are your preferences for studying together?
  • About how much do you study a week?
  • What prep courses / tools are you currently using? Have you used any previously?
  • Fav mindless quarantine activity?
  • My responses:

I'm looking for people who want to get on Zoom once a week or so. I'd prefer to study with people who don't take themselves too seriously and aren't just studying all day, every day — as someone who is working full-time through the pandemic, I would also like to study with other people who are balancing other priorities as well

I'm starting this week and aiming to take 1-2 PTs /wk. Will also budget in about ~10-15 hours / wk for review & going through 7Sage prep course material / PowerScore bibles

See #2. Also did Blueprint in-person about 1 1/2 years ago

REALLY into long walks lately and not really sure why but here we are :)
