In search of a study group or partner! I’m in the midtown area of Sacramento and am hoping to retest in the summer (2025). I have a quiet rooftop area and coffee shops near me where we can meet and study, or I can go to you! I need help! Lol

any tips for "except" question types? I feel like I always mess these up because I end up getting confused halfway through and almost forget what I am looking for. I am not fully through the CC yet but JY's current strategy for these seems like it was designed for when the test was taken by hand as opposed to digitally.

Hi All,

I am looking for a study buddy in Sacramento, California for in-person study and discussions. My PT scores are in the low 150s. My lowest scores are in the AR (Logic Games) section. If I don't time myself, I find that I do much better. Speed seems to be my worst barrier in Logic Games. I love LR section and have achieved quite some milestone. If you live in Sacramento and would like to study in-person, please let me know. I wish everyone the very best. We got this!

So I decided to wait until January for the LSAT. I had some pretty significant losses and struggles summer 23 and did not feel I would be ready by November. I even switched full-time jobs in November.

With that is the January LSAT too late for applications too really be considered?

Some people on the forms have talked about this admissions cycle being much slower then normal. Is that what most people are experiencing even in offers?

I have seen so much variation in opinion and I know we are not in the minds of the admissions office, but still just want to gauge general feelings on this.

Stats wise my UGPA was 3.91 (3.92 with CAS report) from a decently competitive institution. I had some technical issues in my final section of the Jan LSAT but otherwise felt really comfortable with all the questions I had.

I know we will all be super stressed until the scores are released...

I already registered for October. But since this won’t count to the yearly limit and we can cancel our score, should I just try it? It can help me with experiencing the Flex first hand and i might even get a decent score. What do you guys think?

Hey guys, I am debating whether I should write a diversity statement or not. I am already writing about a socio-economic challenge that I overcame in my socio-economic addendum and I don’t really have a topic to write for my diversity statement aside from the fact that my family was dirt poor but we still moved around the world in search of a better place to live and so I got to live in different cultures and learned to adapt. Is that a good enough topic? Because I don’t see how that could contribute to the classroom disscussions. Maybe I just don’t know enough of what they want

Hi everyone,

I live in the Chicago area, and I'm studying heavily for the December 2017 LSAT. I'm looking for someone who is scoring in the low 160's right now so that we can both learn together. I'd prefer someone who actually lives in the Chicago area so that we could ostensibly meet up once in a while, but I'm also fine with skype/google hangout/facebook/whatever.

As another poster put it, I'm "gunning for a 180," and I'd really love to collaborate with someone who is similarly motivated.
