It's super fast. Literally enough time to say "pencils down, we're starting the next session, read the instructions and begin now" So, maybe 3-10 seconds, tops. It is back to back action until break and then finishing.
Depends entirely on your proctor, but it's not very long. Maybe enough time to get a deep inhale, exhale to re calibrate. I guess if they have the requisite sleight of hand you can be onto the next section in about 5-10 seconds
