the 15minbreak is after the 3rd section ... these and would take the 15minbreak after section 3 but there ... 's with the 15minbreak in between.. so 4 sections, 15minbreak, 4 sections ... day the structure (3 sections, break, 2 sections, writing sample) felt ...

Does anyone else experience this? I feel so solid/ full of energy on the first 3 sections, then when it comes time for the break, I feel so sluggish. Anyone have a suggestion to combat this?
Do you? If you do, what do you snack on? I usually have half of quest bar during the break but now I'm thinking about switching to different snacks and see which one works better for me, any suggestion?
Like for instance, 50 min studying and 10 minbreak. What do you do ... during this break? and why ... min. Do you have any recommendations for things to do during break ...
