So I am taking the December test, I have studied all the material. I am not burned out but I am mentally tired. I want to take a break but I am little fearful that taking a couple of days off will take away from studying. Any thoughts?
Does anyone else experience this? I feel so solid/ full of energy on the first 3 sections, then when it comes time for the break, I feel so sluggish. Anyone have a suggestion to combat this?

Do you? If you do, what do you snack on? I usually have half of quest bar during the break but now I'm thinking about switching to different snacks and see which one works better for me, any suggestion?

I find myself doing worse on the sections after the 15 minute break. I feel like I get "out of my zone" after going hard on the first 3 sections. Anyone have any strategies to combat this?
If you have retaken or know you're gonna have to retake, what kind of study break/schedule do you guys take between test day and the score release date and then between score release date and the next test date?
