Are you able to maybe study in the morning before work? That worked pretty well for me, though I am lucky in that I don't have to leave for work till 9, so I could put in solid 3.5-4 hours each morning.
What is your GPA? With a 169, you're definitely in T14 territory as long as your GPA is above 3.5. The two cancels on record isn't great but it shouldn't be a deal breaker
One thing I've learned this cycle is NOTHING happens quickly lol...that being said - the deadline is about 3.5 weeks away. So I'm sure you'll hear something fairly soon :D
I'm in the same position. Going on what @LSATcantwin said they have 3.5 weeks to make a decision and seeing as how you've applied to them already you should hear back pretty soon.
