I think the 180 watch helps you track time accurately and with precision that you may not be able to find by using an analog watch. I have one and I love it. -

Yeah I used the 180 watch on my first test. I have other friends that used it as well. I agree with Pacifico. Some of these proctors aren't trained properly and make up shit as they go. -
