Probably not, seeing as you usually have a word count to your addendum and there is no place to upload medical documentation. If you have a medical condition that requires accommodations in law school, you can show the school your papers when you enroll. -

If your score improves dramatically then just write an addendum. Give a good reason and they won't care. They only have to report the highest score. -
