I would think the adcomms won't go into so much detail with who exactly the professor is, just as long as it's stated in the LOR. @david.busis will have a better response.
I'm going to work on my applications (LoR, personal statement, resume, etc) for a couple of weeks and then decide whether I'm going to re-take once the scores come out.
I emailed them some articles (including recommendations from the admissions starter course) on what a good LOR has in it. I didn't give them anything else. But much like @"Alex Divine" I know my recommenders very well.
Its been my experience so far that fewer skills require the parents many have upper age limits. Columbia however does not :(, not matter what age it gets reported
@"Alex Divine" My range on newer tests seem to be around 170-172 but on the old Feb tests, 165-169. I am lucky to have some pretty good EC's and LOR's so I am going to build there
Yet another person who thinks Steve Schwartz went to Columbia Law School. Can't even blame him for the "creative" wording in his bio, because clearly it's working.
