I would usually do immediately. But sometimes that couldn't work because I was just spent and couldn't focus. I didn't find it made a huge difference - it just dependson what you want your schedule to look like.
I usually end up BRing next day. It just dependson how I'm feeling. My priority is maximizing mental clarity, and PTs are obviously really draining. If you can stay fresh and sharp after a PT, go for it. If you need to hold off to recharge, no worries.

@emmmmmmm It dependson the actual question. Different prompts ask for different kinds of essays. But to clarify, it's always okay to talk about your work experience (even in the US), and never okay simply to list all the jobs you've done (even in Canada).

Another thing to keep in mind is that it is different for everyone. What works for me might not work for @mcmlaw36 or vice versa, at the end of the day it dependson the individual, no mold fits all.
