I'm pretty sure the reason why the videos aren't downloadable is because your 7Sage subscription expires. You can't really enforce expiration if you can download videos. -

Just FYI, terms of service specifically say you can't download without permission. Offline would be cool, but the videos are how they make money. Without DRM, downloading gets a bit hairy. -
