Yes, it is much harder than the act/sat. It is after all, a graduate program and it is assumed you have a 4 year degree since that is a perquisite for law school.
It doesn't take long so you may as well do it... If you got a half decent college education you won't necessarily need it but it's not going to hurt you and will give you a good intro to JY's style. Just crank it up to 1.7x and enjoy the show.

When there are no logical indicators, Work wrong to right. Live in the answer choices. Eliminate them because they aren't supported by the text. Be aware of degree. Words like "most" and "all" and comparisons, in general, are very difficult to support.
... takes you to get a degree as long as it is ... you have a degree. While the standard UG degree is 120 credits ... the effect of "graduated" or "degree conferred" and you have a ... diploma/degree then you should be good ...
