@Legal Babe.. definitely flawed. I am not trying to be a dick, but seriously, you can't really hang your hat on that. Additionally, your particular testing center being empty doesn't do anything.. the curve is based on all like 20,000 testtakers.
I'm not totally convinced the time of release solely has to do with the amount of testtakers. Feb (smallest group of the year) scores were released the night before the state score release. :P
The distribution of scores might be somewhat different but an average of 155ish vs 150ish seems to imply that the population of accommodated testtakers as a whole only does slightly better.
