Quite the understatement. Harvard/Yale/Stanford don't do merit-aid scholarships so you would have to be super poor to get some financialaid and even then isn't likely to be a full-ride.
You should be fine for HYS. Typically people recommend applying early for primarily scholarships as there is a larger pool of $$$ in the fall. But in the case of HYS, they only do financialaid so you applying in January will be fine. Good luck!
