The Trainer should help a lot. And when you see how the RC skills mirror many of the macro level skills for LR you should gain a new perspective that helps you to get better atRC simply by applying many of the same thought processes.

It could be helpful to just even tape yourself. I'm by no means skilled atRC but I have taped myself and find that it's useful for me to physically see where I make mistakes, either in reading or in answering questions.
@BruiserWoods its not necessarily a test that shows it gotworse, it's the fact that my seizures have been increasing. I usually would have 1-2 a week now it's upwards of ten.
