I agree with everything said above. When I first started, all I could afford was the Starter package, and it helped immensely. It's really a matter of what you can afford and howmuchtime you're planning on putting into studying.
I think it's worth it to retake, but only if you get your PT average up. Howmuchtime did you spend seriously studying with 7sage? Have you foolproofed games?
