Practice more timed sections before you go into PT phase. I think doing PT is just doing four timed sections. So if you can do a timed section well, you're probably doing a PT well if you also cope with fatigue well. -

I would at least do 1-2 passages a day and BR them. After that you can do a focus day when you do a full RC section or just do a full section of RC when you take a PT. -
