I have heard you should be consistently PTing +/- 3 points around your target before going into test day. I'm not at the point of having done enough PTs to speak from personal experience, but it is a rule I intend to follow. -

T14 medians are 168+, so from my understanding you'll have to shoot for above medians for most chances of scholarship money. Some T14 don't give merit scholarships at all.
