Guys!! Thank you for all the advice! I did a combination of them and even though I started having to go mid 2nd section and it was kind of bothering me during the 3rd one, I didn’t have to leave mid-test!

Also, I would think that you could arrange your test time so that you did not need to take the medication midtest, provided you do not need to take it 6+ times a day.
They can do either (come on audio or send a chat message), and also have the capability of taking control of your screen mid-test. Before you start just ask them to stop the time if they have to interrupt you for any reason.
