My university hands out A+ (on official transcripts) but it's counted as a 4.0 and counts it the same as an A. When LSAC does my CAS report, will they count the A+ on my transcript as a 4.33 or use my school's grading guidelines and still mark it as 4.0?

@Aidoe Yes, schools give out fee waivers based on LSAT score (but also for other reasons, too). You still need to pay the LSACCAS fee, which is around $30 per school, although that can be waived based on financial criteria.
If you have a LSACCAS account, you can actually start your applications for each school and see directly what their prompts are for essays and other parts of the application in general.
