Have you received a fee waiver from nyu, Columbia, or upenn? Upenn's applications seems tedious and hard to be accepted for. And nyu and Columbia don't send out need based fee waivers -

It might be easier for you to reach out to the school to ask for a fee waiver than wait on them. My guess is that the fee waivers are sent after a score release, probably beginning Monday, but it might be best to reach out yourself. -
