The reason I am confused about the A+ thing is because I had about a 3.83 GPA at CC and a 3.93 at a UC upon graduating, but my LSACgpa is a 3.85 so I am confused as to how that helped increase my GPA lol. I feel like something is off

Even though it will not be used to calculate your LSACGPA, I think you still have to send in the transcripts. I would email/call LSAC directly to be sure. Based on my experience, they respond to emails pretty quickly.
In regards to your LSACGPA, retaking a class does not replace the grade with the new one, they are both factored in. So it will only improve your LSACGPA marginally.

Only the grades from undergrad are used to calculate your LSACGPA. If you received those grades **after** you completed undergrad, then they will **not** be included in your LSACGPA. You still have to send in the transcripts though.

I am quite certain LSAC will only take into account your undergrad GPA, so your LSACGPA will likely be around 3.18 (though sometimes it fluctuates slightly). Any courses you take post-first undergraduate degree do not count towards LSACGPA.
