This happens to me with Logical Reasoning, I go back and review themostdifficult ones but once only one or two minutes are left I focus on my breathing and being ready to really attack the next section.
I would say you would want to average somewhere between 2:30 and 3:30 per passage, maxing out at 4 on themostdifficult ones. Getting a good initial read is critical for efficient success through the questions
