@blah170blah yes, that is my reason for asking, since I've notice that I get tired after the 2nd section in a PT. So I was wondering if I should train my brain to take two back-to-back? and then BR the following day and make that a weekly routine.
So, there are two kind of people with migraines. Those who get professionally treated (let's call them "PT") and those who do not get professionally treated (let's call them "NPT").

@bobalicious I can absolutely vouch for what you are saying about going to sleep early. I have always been a night owl so waking up early has been the hardest part about studying!
