I believe there are some other test centres than Uof T. I live in Toronto, too, and took mine about a half-hour drive out of the city. If you'd like to take it in June, I would apply and pursue alternative test centres if Uof T is full.
Obviously Uof Michigan is the best option. Ideally you could work on your LSAT until scoring high enough to make it less of a stretch. WUSTL would likely also be a good choice and is a great school. What about Minnesota?
