Update: I ended up speaking with the LSAC folks to discuss some unrelated issues and the writing sample came up. They said they provides schools with the two most recent samples. -

I think you'll also have to download a program to use for the writing sample. The LSAC page has all of the information for it, though. :) I know it opened up for use with the January test yesterday (8th). -

From what I've read, you're allowed to have a bottle and 5 pieces of scrap paper - you'll have to show both sides to prove that they're blank. There's a lot of info on the LSAC website about the requirements.
