Probably. There's something about being at a university surrounded by academics who engage in discussions about ideas and current events. Sitting at home would get boring.

Definitely... I'd walk into HYS and ask them how many buildings I need to pay for to gain admission.
Just out of necessity, I would switch to get certified financial planner to make sure money not embezzled and then hire one of you to protect my interests:)
