Self-paced
I am unable to click any answers-- it does not show that the answer has been selected, and the stimulus is so small. Is this an issue others are dealing with right now? I have asked people in the same state as me, and they have said yes, but I am concerned as to whether these are test format accurate or a mistake/bug on 7Sage's end.

I cannot even go past a single question; fulled bugged :(
@CameronA2027 Sorry! I made an announcement about it here: https://7sage.com/discussion/60810/digital-tester-troubleshooting
I am experiencing the same interface same issues, and my timer keeps looping, so it is not accurately reflecting how much time has passed.
@AkiazAlaworoham Sorry! i made an announcement about it here: https://7sage.com/discussion/60810/digital-tester-troubleshooting
Hi all, try logging out and logging back in. That should fix it. If problem persists, please let me know!
@J.Y.Ping Hi J.Y., the problems are still persisting despite logging in and out twice.
@CameronBarnett Very sorry. Can you record a screencast so we can see what's going on? You can use loom.com for free.
@CameronBarnett I saw a comment below that changing the font size fixed it for another student. Can you try that to see if it works?
@J.Y.Ping Changing the font size does fix the issue, but is the enlarged font or the regular font what appears on the actual LSAT? Please tell me it's the enlarged one, the regular one is absurd.
@J.Y.Ping Please see attached. You can now select answers, but the font/ fullsize is a little wonky and you can still only choose light and dark mode on the tool bar.
@CameronBarnett Thank you! I made an announcement here: https://7sage.com/discussion/60810/digital-tester-troubleshooting
Is there any update on this? I can't practice properly. There is no way to select answers. There is no way to change the font size. The only thing you can do is switch from dark to light mode and vice versa.
I had to increase the size of the text in the stimulus and decrease the line spacing and that did work for me.
I agree its strange but if its accurate to the LSAC, I'm ok with it even though its definelty annoying
@Lillia555 Great! Another thing I noticed is that on LawHub, the default text size is 125%. I don't know why. Whereas on ours the default is 100%. But we're getting that changed too so that the default on ours will also be 125%.
@ilovecats170+ @SweetHoneyLSAT @strawberryicecream @DaisukeKaga @RyanDenmark I've sent you an email to help get to the bottom of this. Please let me know if you haven't received it.
@SaniqueRowe Having the same issue currently
Hey! So sorry you are experiencing this! We are looking into it right now and will provide an update as soon as possible.
@SaniqueRowe Im having the same issue
@SaniqueRowe Please let me know when there is an update. I can't pratice at all.
Everything is so tiny ugh and my answers wouldnt register so I switched to my phone app and it was able to submit my drill. Weird.
@SweetHoneyLSAT Sorry about that! We have a tester setting that lets you adjust the font size. You can click on the three dots at the top of the page and change the font size from there to make the text larger. Please see below:
@CherryMayDelaCruz I noticed this morning that the accessibility option on the in-test tab to the right only switches to dark mode now instead of providing options for text size, background color, etc. Is that a new change with the official LSAC interface as well?
@EricT024 That's a divergence from LawHub that we're fixing. Sorry!
@J.Y.Ping No worries!
I have to take my scheduled preptest I'm just going to lawhub
I'm trying to take a practice test right now. this is super frustrating
@strawberryicecream Sorry about that! Is this still an issue?
I think it's a bug? Let's hope it is
@DaisukeKaga Yeah I'm assuming this is part of trying to match LSAC's new interface? I'm sure it's a pretty involved process changing the UX of everything!
