Hey, it would be nice to have an option to do drills on passages without questions. I know we can review passages on the explanation tab and practice there. But it would be beneficial to have the highlighting tool and the timer for practice. Plus, having this available won't ruin my analytics if I decide to skip the questions to see the passage analysis. Thank you

It would be amazing if the questions could link to live class sections where that question was covered so we can see it in action and almost check to see if our thought process/approach was right.
I've been using the Adaptive Drills a lot, but I was wondering if there could be another drilling feature to mimic the question difficulty order to match the real LSAT.
For example, on the current Adaptive drills, within a 10 Q set, a 5 star could be in the middle and the last 3 questions could be 1-2 stars. What if this other drilling feature could generate within a 10Q set 1-2 stars towards the beginning, mix of 3-5 stars from middle to the end, or a sequence that mimics the real LSAT?
Also, would it be possible to have a timer setting where on top of the current timing conditions (standard, 150%, 200%), you could choose to continue the clock, even if you run out of time? Let's say that you have a drill of 10Q that you want to do in 100%. You would click this additional time button on the drill generate page. When you are doing the drill, everything is the same until you finish the 100% timer. Once you hit 0:00, the clock starts counting back in red or another color and you have time to do finish the drill but in over time. Once you finish the drill and BR, you can see the timing you got in the 100% time and the extended time.
My reason for suggesting the timing feature is that sometimes I do a drill and don't get to finish the drill. I just run out of time. So, I see the question for the first time in BR, which means I don't really get to BR those missed questions. It would be great if you could have equal chances to BR on questions you answered and questions you missed in the selected timing.
Thanks 7sage Team!!
I am in the process of going through the LSAT Writing Lessons in anticipation of completing the argumentative writing portion of the test.
However, I noticed that the introductory article "LSAT Argumentative Writing and How to Prepare" is outdated and repeatedly references an important update coming "August 2024," as well as numerous other outdated claims and predictions. Please update the article to reflect the writing portion as it exists in the 2026-27 cycle; reading it I worry that I am being misled by outdated facts and predictions.
Would love to see more flexibility with the timer settings.
I receive double time accommodations, and right now it caps out at 200% or you have to go all the way to unlimited time. There are definitely situations where I’d want a little more time while still keeping some pressure. Something like 225% or 250% would be really useful.
Unlimited time doesn’t really solve it because then I can sit on one question forever, which isn’t how the actual test feels.
Also, the average test taker can already give themselves extra time in practice pretty easily. It would be great to have that same flexibility on the accommodations side instead of being locked into preset limits.
Honestly, even just the ability to manually set the clock would fix this. Being able to choose your own section time would create that missing middle ground.
Can we get dark mode for the app please
Is it possible to have a green progress bar showing under our priorities by question type in analytics how much we improved by after a drill? So if on CondR my accuracy was 80% and I take a perfect drill, the gains in accuracy % would be in green? This would be so cool of you alllllllllllll
Would it be possible to block certain questions in drills that you have gone over in class/quizzes? There are some questions that I have seen enough that I immediately know the answer and reason. I have turned off full sections because I know some of the questions well enough that I feel like it is skewing my stats to have them pop up again and get them right in 5 seconds but I could still use reviewing other questions in those sections. It would be nice to just mute/block certain well used questions from classes and curriculum.
I have been wanting to export my drilling/PT data so that I can look at more specific trends than the 7sage platform allows me to... I want to see my progress on specific tags and feed my data into AI so I can do more targeted and specific studying vs just specific drill types.
Hi. Especially for folks drilling harder questions and passages, it would be SO helpful if the time allocated for a drill matched the TOTAL TARGET TIME (the sum of all the individual question or passage target times). Right now I think it matches the average time one should spend per passage or question times the number of passages or questions. This is not helpful when I am drilling level 4 and five passages (for example see below), which should take me 9+ minutes each, and the drill cuts off at 17:30. Please help!
1. The Inconvenience of the New Drill Flow Recently, the update changed how drills work in the study plan—they now start automatically. This is very inconvenient because:
I can no longer adjust the specific level or details of a drill right before starting.
Having to go all the way to the General setting page every single time just to change one drill's setting is highly inefficient for tailored practice.
Request: Please bring back the old style where we could see and adjust the settings page before the drill begins.
The previous workflow was much more user-friendly for LSAT preparation.
Okay so, I have an idea. It would be very cool if there was a memory trainer for the RC section. My idea is that there will be a tab under "Practice" called "Memory Training" and essentially us 7sagers will be given a certain amount of time to read a part of a passage(we can adjust how much time/passage before we start the drill) and we will have to answer questions or write down what we can recall from the passage. After we run out of time, the passage will vanish, it would make the users screen look like when you pause an activity, but the questions would be off to the right. Let me know if this idea is #awesome or #stupid. Thanks!
for the practice block, when we click LR drill or RC drill we used to see the setting page first and then test, but now it just goes right into the test so that I cannot adjust the level and the details. I want the old setting sytle.and when I click the setting instead of getting the test, it says "internal error"
Hi, I’ve been a member since the Classic 7Sage UI. One feature I really found helpful was being able to view the full stimulus, question stem, and answer choices in a single image. Would it be possible to bring this back?
I also frequently create drills using questions I’ve struggled with. It would be great to have an option to randomize these questions instead of having them appear in chronological order (PT–Section–Question).
Lastly, would it be possible to randomize the order of answer choices? I sometimes find myself engaging less with certain choices because I remember the position of trap answers.
I think these last two suggestions would enhance the drilling experience by making repeated practice less predictable and more effective.
Hello 7sage team. Please go back to where I could change the time on each individual LSAT activity I did. I have ADHD and have been approved for 150% time, but when I click on the assignments...I'm pretty sure it does not give me 150% time even though I went to settings and clicked that option. It was perfect before and if something ain't broke, don't fix it!
Hi,
So when we go to Drills and select questions manually, we can see "Result - Actual BR" feature. The result has a date when it was taken and percentage score. Currently, the percentage shows only the very first attempt. If you have taken the questions twice, it will not show the most recent attempt score. Hence, it would be great to make it such that the Result percentage reflects the most recent attempt and not the very first result.
Bay.
TLDR: a feature that recommends questions for BR but not be able to see why it was flagged. For example:
I would like to review an answer that I got right but "took double the usual amount of time on". However, at the moment if I hovered over the BR review flag it would explain why - which would insinuate that I got the answer correct and lead to me select the same answer again for the BR.
In other example, the BR recommendations also lead me to seeing "I selected the wrong answer" and then simply crossing out my incorrect answer choice and going through the other 4 options without taking the time to see why I got it wrong in the first place.
Basically, I am able to "cheat" through BR by using the recommendations and I want to avoid this by properly going through the BR recommended questions without knowing why. I know the simple answer would be self-restraint from hovering over the little "!" BR recommendation, but it would be nice to be able to turn it off.
Thanks for your help!
Being able to print out drills would be a huge help for me and many others. I know 7Sage allows us to print pts, but being able to customize a drill and then print it is the feature I would use most.
It would be nice to have a WAJ feature that analyzes the incorrect and correct answer choices. An actual digital WAJ that students can use to track their progress, instead of keeping the WAJ on a spreadsheet or in a separate notebook. This feature may encourage more students to journal their mistakes while keeping track of their strengths and weaknesses.
Hi 7sage, It would be nice to have an option to drill in the older appearance that 7Sage used to provide around November 2024. I know the current drill appearance mimicks the real LSAT, but for some reason when taking the LSAT and seeing the questions appear differently from practice allows me to lock in better and creates an added reminder that you are doing the real thing. Could just be my preference, but it would be nice to have a different option for how the drilling appears from the actual test.
Hello!! Would it be possible for a feature to be created to go back and do BR if you accidentally clicked "Skip Blind Review?"
Thank you and God bless!
I know you can filter to show only the most recent PT and drill data but I want to start fresh w a blank slate. Is it possible to wipe everything without having to manually delete hundreds of drills? If so is there a way to retain my notes and bookmarked questions?
Please add a feature to detect duplicate copies of different drills opened, but not started. It would be great to see a full list of drills & duplicates at once, in addition to the scrolling list, as currently provided. An additional feature to select and delete all duplicates would be great too!! Please consider!!!
Hello - LSAC announced that they are rolling out a new test interface with "minor changes" for August test takers and beyond. Has anyone else seen it on the LSAC website? Product team: will we be able to see and work with something similar in 7Sage soon? Planning to take the September test.
Here's the link: https://www.lsac.org/blog/interactive-demo-minor-changes-test-ui
Not referring to question types—more like what trap answers are you falling for? What faulty reasoning do you keep using? I have a wrong answer journal and still find myself making the same mistakes bc I can’t fix ALL of them and idk which are most prevalent. A way to see those makes fixing them more tangible and plausible!
