Can someone tell me for answer choice c, why using the unless rule still makes the statements not negative? For example, you have to take one statement and negate it and make it the necessary condition but because one statement says "not," is it because it is cancelling out?? Where did the negative statement go.

I don't understand how this conditional chain was created. The way I read it is /invested AND /increase traffic flow --> /increase in rush hour traffic flow. But somehow you are connecting /invested --> /increase --> /resolved. how are you getting that if it put an "and" between the two statements? are you supposed to infer that financial predicament is the investment into computer modeling tech???

How do you know when to diagram in lawgic vs this kind of diagramming? It messes me up because I end up not understanding anything because I do lawgic.
