Hi @Kelly Kim,
When you try adding a class to your calendar from the live class schedule, the file you get is an .ics file — that’s a universal calendar format, not just for Apple Calendar.
If you’re using Google Calendar, you can simply import the .ics file by following the steps on this page: 👉 How to import events to Google Calendar
Alternatively, you can RSVP for the live class, to which you’ll get an email confirmation. From that email, you can add the event directly to your Google Calendar, as shown in my screenshot below. That’s the best way to do it for now.
We’re also looking into improving calendar integrations so this process is smoother in the future.

Hi @Gregmjr,
Thanks for letting us know about the issue with the explanation videos. I tried reproducing it across multiple browsers and devices:
Safari v17.3 on Mac (Sonoma): Works fine
Chrome v141 on Windows 11: Works fine
Firefox v143 on Windows 11: Works fine
MS Edge v141 & v138 on Windows 11: Works fine
Brave on Windows 11 & Safari on iPad Air 5: Also works fine
Since I wasn’t able to replicate the cursor disappearing on my end, it may be specific to your setup. Could you let us know your device, OS version, and browser version so we can test it more closely?
In the meantime, we recommend using the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, or Safari, which should work without this issue. We’re investigating Edge and any other browsers where this bug may appear.
Thanks for your patience!
Hi @IsaacNyberg! I just sent you a message with the relevant instructions. Let me know if you haven't received it or if you have any questions!
Hi there,
If the answers are circled in green, this means that you got the answer for that question correct. If it is circled in red, your answer is incorrect.
Let me know if you have any other questions!
Hi there,
I'm so sorry for the trouble! I tried to recreate the issue on my end but was not able to; I was able to view the closed captions on this video and toggle them on and off. I am using Brave Browser on Windows 11. I would like to get to the bottom of this so that it is working on your end too. Please try the following:
1. Clear your browser's cache
2. Try reloading the page
3. Try using a different browser. We find that the Chrome browser works best with our course, but Firefox and Safari work well too.
I hope this helps!
Hi there,
Thank you for the feedback! A print button is now available for this lesson.
Let me know if you have any questions!
Hi there,
I'm sorry for the confusion. To clarify, CCv2 uses LR questions from PrepTests 61-65. Please note that the questions in the drilling pool, however, are pulled mainly from PTs 1 to 45. However, since the modern LSAT contains one LR section, we pushed into the drilling pool LR questions that we deem "extra."
Let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.
Hi there,
I'm sorry for the trouble. Rest assured that we are currently resolving the issue, and we'll let you know once this is resolved.
In the meantime, you can change the format of your tests to "Current (with Logic Games)" to access your results in the old PrepTests and Problem Sets. The option to change is located at the top of the PrepTests page under the List PrepTests title. See the sample GIF below:
Thank you for your patience!
Hi there,
Thank you for your feedback! I can confirm that the phrase, "home in on" is correct and more accepted in this context. Here's an article outlining the difference: https://www.merriam-webster.com/grammar/home-in-or-hone-in

Hi there,
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. I'm sorry to hear that the current materials and explanations haven't met your expectations, leading to feelings of unpreparedness and frustration. I take your experience seriously and have shared your concerns with our product team. Your input is crucial for us to ensure our curriculum supports every student effectively.
Please know we're committed to enhancing your learning experience and appreciate any suggestions you might have.
Hi there,
I passed your question to one of our admissions officers, who responded with the following:
"Yes, the timeline still applies, but I would also offer the caveat that many Canadian schools have November 1 deadlines. As such, students really do have to be mindful of getting a lot done over the summer."
I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any further questions.
Hi there,
Thank you for your feedback! I have updated the sentence as follows: "Then, identify the referent of “which” and replace “which” with the referent."
If you have any more suggestions or questions, feel free to share. Your input helps us improve!
Hi there,
Thanks for your feedback! While it's true that 'none' is a singular pronoun, in this context, it refers to 'answers,' which is plural. Therefore, the sentence, 'If none of the answers look right,' is correct. This also maintains the grammatical consistency throughout the paragraph.
If you have any questions or if there's anything you'd like clarification on, feel free to let me know!
Hi there,
I am so sorry for the trouble.
Unfortunately, I was not able to reproduce this issue on my end. The content didn't disappear for me when I played through the video, pausing it various times throughout. I am using Windows 10 on Brave Browser. Please see the GIF below:
I'd like to get to the bottom of this so that it's working on your end too! Please try the following:
1. Change your video player to a more compatible one. Here’s how:
✦Go to Account settings
✦Under Profile Settings
✦Tap on the drop-down menu under Video Player
✦Select "Basic - Most compatible player with least features"
✦Tap “Save Changes”
2. Try using a different web browser (e.g. Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.).
3. Clear your browser's cache with these steps: https://7sage.com/clear-cache/
Again, I apologize for the trouble. If you are still having trouble, please also let me know what device (Windows or Mac) and what browser you are using so that I can further investigate the issue.
Hi there,
Yes, these lessons are in both CCv1 and CCv2. Please see the screenshot below of how you can locate the lessons on the Syllabus:
You can also find it by using the search bar at the top of the Syllabus.
Here's a direct link to the first lesson: The Blind Review is a Habit

Hi there,
Thank you for sharing your feedback! I've passed it along to our team for consideration as we work on refining our content.
If you have any more insights or suggestions in the future, feel free to share. I appreciate your input!
Hi there,
The Blind Review Method is an approach to reviewing LSAT questions. Instead of immediately checking answers after a timed PrepTest, Blind Reviewing emphasizes a deliberate and reflective process, which involves students reviewing questions without the time constraint, allowing for a deeper understanding of the reasoning behind both their correct and incorrect answers.
You can find our Lessons on Blind Review on the Syllabus tab under "Foundations". The Blind Review Lessons start with the Lesson: The Blind Review is a Habit. See the screenshot below:
I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any further questions.
Hi there,
Clicking "Simulate Modern" only changes how you practice one specific PrepTest(s). It skips the second LR section of the PrepTest, ensuring that those questions are "clean" for later practice. In other words, it doesn't skip or change anything in later PrepTests.
Let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.

Hi there,
Thank you for your feedback!
I'll look into incorporating your suggestion of putting a "Next" button at the top of the lessons into the next iteration of 7Sage.
Please feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions or further feedback/suggestions.
Hi there,
Thanks for letting me know! Don't hesitate to reach out to us if you run into any more trouble.
Hi there,
Absolutely! After taking a Drill/PrepTest and reviewing your results, you can use the Wrong Answer Journal, a document where you keep a detailed list of questions you encountered with your explanation for why you picked it. Here is a GIF showing how you can access/use this feature:
Feel free to explore these resources, and if you have any more questions or need assistance, don't hesitate to ask!"

Hi @castrorene,
Thanks for flagging this issue! I’ve passed it along to our technical team so they can take a closer look — I was also able to recreate the problem on my end.
Appreciate you bringing it to our attention!
