Iv been rocking this whole section maybe a handful wrong but timing is off, im trying to understand it completely before moving on. What helps me especially with these principal questions is to see them at face value, do not overthink them. Dont even map them out, whatever the stim is saying will be directly corelated to the AC no need for fancy lawgic. Exp. this stim says that an organ that outlasts its body is useless, imagine a car right. lets say the motor is so strong that it outlives the transmission... the trans goes out before the motor does, so what good is that? your motor is running but the car cant get into gear and move... just like a useless thing. Now in the AC i am lookung for an option that says a componet doesnt need to be super strong or it will serve no purpose like the example I gave with the car engine. E is exactly like the situation I was talking about regardless of a car or not. Another example Ill give that doesnt pertain to cars is an iphone, lets say the made the iphone battery so strong that it doesnt die, now will all that extra battery power the screen starts to give out. Now you have a phone thats not dead but unusable b/c you cant see the screen. Hope this helps
this one got me ngl I knew it was part to whole but i was stupid and didnt pick the flaw one, I picked the one that was analogus to it cuz I didnt read the question where it said flawed ugh
read A right off the rip picked it in under a min, then proceeded to check everything and was done by under 2, rechecked and submitted at 2:10, I guess I dont feel comfortable moving on till Im sure its correct?? is there a way to get around this as I could of been done fast?
dude kev if your reading this ur a legit G. I was always so bad at RC and procrastinated trying to improve b/c I thought I was doomed and it just is what is it. Since the start of RC I avg about 1-3 wrong per section mostly 2 wrong but over stupid simple misteaks, I now have so much more confidence in doing RC maybe its cuz you help discet the passage so well and hopefully its not just in the videos and I can apply it to my own parcing but still, the teqs of reading and rly understanding before jumping to the questions have helps so much
I got this correct but rly wanted to pick B, I would contest this to lsac honestly because domestic expirences could be about things pertaining to that ones state in their county like it could differer between countries where regional customs could be explained in certain things women do in different parts of countries like making dinner and collecting the food from outside garden, like its customary for them to do the work that they are alligned to do
took me more then a minute to fully understand but its ok its a drill, the key thing is "more fully" which helped me to pick C
I was struggling between B and C becuase I knew she adopted the narritives but wasnt sure if she used them in the mythical sense as the LC did, it took me a min and a half to rly confrim my answer by going back in the text even tho I selected C in under a minute, on test day Im assuming that wont be a smart idea and to just go with my gut and move on?
I just know kevin loved recording this
3 seconds over rip
took me a min and 1 second to get it, I was juggling between C and D but chose C becuase stained imo meant too constaint, not broad enough which is similar to what C is saying with inconsistant whereas D was saying that the word traditonal wasnt used in the right context with what is means which is different from being too constained
this one was ticky, at first I said A but realzied it was backwards which led me to B but it took me over a min ugh
damn I am dumb ofc the glass will melt if it gets heated to its transition phase, when reading the questions that was the only one that sounded right, I read the question wrong as the passage states not suggests thats why I got it wrong, I spent 2 mins on this question becuase none of them made sense come now to think its becuase I read the question wrong
im not sure if you guys are refrencing the low res summary but I dont, I have it in my head so well due to Kevins voice in my ears. would it be wise to continue this or should I start mapping it and then refrencing ti rather then just go off memorization, 10 seconds under timing. This section I am trying to be quick
got it in 17 seconds under timing, A & B were similar but 17th cent and midevil are too close and not that much chnaged, the chnage was from 19th to today
Idk if yall have seen my comments but I stopped doing it "twice" as in once I read the answers and pick one I dont go back over and compare, I dont like doing it as Im not "sure" but now I got it in 55 seconds so I guess I am my own downfall lol
I dont have a problem with getting the eirght answer what I do have a problem with is the timing, I pick the answer probs in a minute but dont click submit till I go back over the questions, Idk why I do it maybe to help me feel more confident in my answer? What tips do yall have
A says perhaps which is not strong when we know it did and it also did not mention the questionable reasoning the author said too
will there be a main point q and a summarize the passage q or one or the other cuz how can you do both at once?
damn i rly need to stop over thinking I picked D and then changed to A in Br
I love the humor on these lessons kevin is great. I deadass laughed out loud when he said "maybe you insulted him on not knowing the difference between ness and stuff conditions. Great stuff keep it up kev
I got the answer in about 10 seconds, I wish I had kevin in my ear during the exam to explain the passage, the roadmap took me there in a second
are you guys reading and watching? I was but low keu taking 30 mins per moduel is not it lol
