I am struggling a bit to see how 6.1 and 6.2 are concluding anything. It seems to me that

"However, in the recent live adaptation, Aladdin is given a new backstory that involves life in the city before he became a 'street rat'" is just a fact about this movie.

Any tips?

I am struggling to see how this is not an argument.

"Before the increase in fuel prices, people with average incomes could afford to drive their cars frequently for leisure activities. However, the rise in fuel prices has now made it costly for them to engage in such activities."

Any help?

Everyone who has a black tee shirt got it from Store A or they thrifted it. Layla has never gone thrifting, since the thrift store is too far from her home. She does, however, have a black tee shirt. Therefore, she must have gotten it from Store A.

Your explanation on E probably just gained me a point on the LSAT! I have never realized that the truth is that something is being claimed not that the claim is true.

Very helpful!

I really think I would have gotten this correct, but only because of the subject. It seemed clear to me that she is speaking about curricula rather than anything to do with the nation or high schoolers. Is this a bad approach?

I was not comfortable making the jump between stress and hospital rates. This one was tough. Any other advice?

I got this in under 20 seconds just based on "my objection to teaching chess" which to me is an immediate signal that this is the disagreement. Is this a bad tactic?

I think my issue here was approaching C as a necessary assumption. "Well if you couldn't..." was my downfall. Good example on why question stems are so important.

I got the answer correct here, but I am struggling with when to overshoot the necessity here. In the last one, we had an extremely broad answer and that was correct, but here E 'has no relationship'.

It seems like E here if implemented WOULD help justify the argument, just not as much as C. How do we balance overshooting the target with being within the confines of the relationship?

Ok so what do we do here. Just accept this as a loss lol?

I have never, NEVER, in my life seen the word obtained used that way, omg!!

These lessons are really excellent. I struggled a bit with the foundational stuff, but doing these has helped me realize that I was learning more than I thought!

I have taken a couple practice tests and don't recall ever seeing a question similar to this. Are these common?
