Hello there! I am nearly done with my AA and going to be starting my BA soon (Note: I'm in my 30s, I work fulltime and go to school, so I'm going through my college journey later than most). I know I want to take the LSATs in my junior year during my BA, so will likely not be taking it for 2 to 2 and half years from now, but I am a horrible test taker so I feel more comfortable studying long term and as a result I would like to find/make a study group for those who want to long term study as well. At the moment I am reading/self-studying The LSAT Trainer (3rd edition), with the 10 Actuals Vol VI. I'm looking for either an etablished community, or to establish a community of people to study with for the next few years.
Hello everyone! my name is Fatimah and I'm looking for a study buddy.
I am using an LSAC-provided Microsoft Surface Go tablet for the Flex. LSAC said they will not provide a stylus with the tablet. I asked them if I could buy a stylus for the test that works with the surface tablet, they said they do not believe so. While I doubt they presented me with incorrect information, I am a bit confused because they provided the stylus with in-person digital tests. Why would LSAC not provide/allow Flex testers to utilize a stylus?
Has anyone used an LSAC-provided tablet and used a stylus? If so, how did it go? Or, if you used your fingers, how was it? Were you having to press twice or jumping to the wrong questions because the numbers are close together?
Any general advice or experience using an LSAC-provided MSG tablet would be much appreciated!
I attended a different college for my freshman year and got a 3.39 which was mostly A- but then a C- lowered it. I then transferred where I should end up with around a 3.92 for the remaining 3 years here. I know that law schools will look at both transcripts, but would most law schools look at them separately and maybe focus on the 3.9? Is there a policy such that they have to combine the two or can they approach the 2 gpa's at their discretion such that they can officially count my gpa as 3.9 so it would have better effect on their admissions stats, that is if they were to accept me ofc.?
Hi everyone!! If anyone is interested in forming a small study group (just a couple of people) to go over a prep test a week or certain questions let me know. My score is in the mid 150s and my goal is to get to the mid 160s. Looking to meet in the morning EST or around 4-7 PM EST and via Facetime/Skype. PM if interested :)
For this question, I was wondering why E is the wrong answer? Passage A and B endorse the same principles that lying is necessary in writing good narrative, but B says later they see it as unethical while A does not. Is it because the principle they are endorsing isn't exactly the same but applied to diff contexts (lying is necessary in historical vs. lying is necessary in autobiographical) and thus D is the right answer?
Hey guys! I’ll be taking the LSAT for the first time in January of 2021. I have been studying like crazy, and plan to study everyday for a few hours at least until that day. Unfortunately, I am unable to afford any formal LSAT tutoring, so I have been using Kahn Academy, one LSAT prep book, and basically any YouTube videos and methods I can get my hands on. I was wondering if you guys had any other study tools that I could utilize. I’m currently scoring around 160 on practice tests, but would like to get that up. Thank you!
I would like to discuss the LSAT maker's rationale under this question and its corresponding sentence (in line 30-31).
It seems obvious that in line 30-31 the reduced clause--"considered by programmers to be unimportant."--is to make the correct answer of Q4 more reasonable and obvious for test-takers.
But it looks to me that (E) still makes sense even if the reduced clause is scratched off.
If so, then what is the test maker's purpose to add the reduced clause? I would find it very surprising if the only purpose is to give us a head-up that soundtrack referred to in line 30 is intentionally emphasized.
How do you think? Any insights or comments would be very appreciated.
thanks.

Hey guys! What are the odds that the optional essays listed for each school on 7sage will change from last cycle to this upcoming cycle? Is it worth it to go ahead and write out responses to them for my top schools to allow me to apply as soon as the application opens or are they likely to change significantly? (Ex: Duke's short answer essay list) Thanks!
Hi everyone. I finished the CC and wrote a brand new diagnostic. My first diagnostic score was at a 148, and 155 Blind Review in the beginning of the curriculum. The new diagnostic I just wrote had a 153 and a 165 blind review. I wrote both exams using the "simulate modern LSAT" option.
Should I not click "simulate modern" and write the extra LR section? I decided to not do so because I was thinking that I could use the extra questions for drilling and didn't want to waste them.
Moving forwards, should I focus on drilling sections of the exam that I am the weakest on, including the question types that I suck at BEFORE deciding to write more PT's? Or should I weave some sessions for drilling inbetween days where I PT?
My analytics are: -11 RC, -9 LR, -6 LG
Thank you!
Is it recommended to try to redo the LR questions we got wrong a few weeks after so they are not fresh in our mind?

My DS is 1 page and my supplemental essay is short, but I need more help on my supplemental essay at the moment. I would highly appreciate your feedback!
I have experience in tutoring students in writing their undergraduate admissions, so hopefully you will find my feedback useful as well. I am on a time crunch, so hope you understand the 24-hour time frame!
Thanks & good luck everyone
Questions or games(75.3 for example) that require you to manipulate a complete sequencing chain really slow me down. Does anybody have any tips or know of any games so I can drill them?.

I saw a question on 90.1.16 that states "Which one of the following is a central purpose according to both passages?"
One answer choice reads "To trace the historical development of an important idea"
Could anyone point me to a specific passage for which this answer is applicable?
Thanks!
I picked the right answer. But I wanna extract as much as possible from this question.
I noticed a nuance in the question stem "an element of". But how this is different from the ordinary question stem which simply ask what the author's attitude is best expressed?
I feel the correct answer would still be credit nicely even tho the question stem has no "an element of". But, given the sneakiness of the test maker, I believe there is something I missed.
Any insights? Thanks for your time.

Hello! Anybody local to southeast Massachusetts/RI and looking for a study group? Online groups are great but I'd love to set up a local in-person group. I work full-time so I'm looking to meet on the weekend. I'm taking the June 2022 LSAT. Potentially more depending on how it goes.
Lines 7 and 8 are freezing my comprehension, relegate, periphery and antecedents. Any suggestions. The author lost me.
When I get lost, it's hard for me to determine if the big picture of the passage is positive, negative or neutral, agree or disagree.
Please help. Thank you.

Is there anyone in the Philadelphia area that is interested in doing a Study Group? I am taking the August 2021 LSAT and looking for a study buddy/buddies to review PTs and individual sections with. I have a pretty open schedule during the summer months!
Please help
Having a question about context and details!
While reading third paragraph of this last paragraph, the part "glorification"~ made me make a narrative that nationalists may have exaggerated achievements and there could be questions regarding this point.
Looking into Q22 (C)
Most historians- should be specifically "US" historians
Make the histories of the nations about which they wrote seem more glorious than they actually were
I thought it's correct as glorification could be interpreted as exaggeration. Thus, making it more glorious than they actually were.
Does "glorify" exclude the meaning of exaggeration?
As a non-native speaker, some words are confusing...
Any tips for improving context interpretation is also welcomed:)

I'm confused as to why people think it is easy. The LG and LR was definitely easier than normal but I think the RC made up for the lack of difficulty. I got right around my average score. I'm not sure why people think it's an easy test. Anyone else have thoughts on this?
Just started with 7Sage! Is it recommend to go through the coursework in chronological order first before utilizing the live classes? Can anyone share how they go about using this as a tool?
Will I be penalized if text messages popped up on my screen while taking the official lsat writing portion? None of the messages contained anything about the exam but a good amount of group texts popped up in the right hand corner while I was working. I assumed that the secure browser would silence any notifications from my computer like honorlock and other proctoring sites do but apparently I was wrong. Has this happened to anyone else? Should I be worried?
