I choose A, I thought it was a Sufficente/ Necessity error confusion, but I can understand that the suttle part is when the argument give us an example of a recent research where flexibility works better than tighten groups if a common purpose is shared, but what if not? That means the sufficient condition is not meat and we lose the necessary condition, so we don't have an argument.

we have over 149 members on this discord server, so there is probably a good chance that you'll find a group you'll fit into. We've already hit the ground running, would love to see all of you there. We have a study session scheduled for 2pm-4pm ET, and you can choose between LR room, LG room, and RC room. Hopefully one (or more) of our 149 members will join you in the struggle.

Here is the link: https://discord.gg/YWc9pVNC.

May the force be with you.

Hello everyone, I'm still going through the core curriculum and currently on the sufficient assumption section. I wanted ti improve my studying techniques and I was wondering how you were all effectively taking notes on the specific questions. By that I mean the questions in the problem sets and the questions that occur individually before the problem sets. Is it more useful to write out notes or to use the note taking feature provided for us? What exactly do you all find useful to write down?

I may have gone the optimistic route of going through this application cycle and am not only looking for advice but have some questions

. I was one of the few (probably) that submitted applications early in hopes that it would be easier for when I focus on my LSAT. So as it may, I’ve done all my applications between September and October. I’m practically stuck with what I have already submitted and am only waiting for my LSAT. Now that I am sitting here, I wish I had waited and done some more research/review before I decided to submit my applications. I do not believe my writing documents are bad, I have quite the confidence in them, but now i’m wondering how much better they could of been if I had a professional look at all my documents together to see what I am missing, what I could strengthen or completely omit.

I know my only options are to just email them some updated documents and hope they like what I’ve given them.

But I’m curious, is it possible to withdraw applications and resubmit in the same cycle? I do not think that’s possible, and even if it is. Does it look bad if you redo your application? Do they notice that you submitted one back in september, withdrew and then resubmitted a new one??

All advice would be helpful and if it’s just simply a silly idea, don’t be afraid to let me know. Law school won’t go away, so i know if it doesn’t work out this cycle, I have next year

Hi Everyone,

I'm wondering if applying in February after the January test would significantly lower my scholarship money offered at mid tier schools? Like if I get a 160 on the November test, and my top school has a median LSAT of 157, do you think I'd get more money at the normal deadline, or would retaking and getting a 163 in January put me in a better position to get more money at the same school? I probably won't retake if the majority of money is used by most programs by February. Thank you for your help.

A: Hawthorne is unethical because he sold the influence to environmental interest group; there is no justification

M: Nope, he's not unethical because It's environmental interest group preventing pollution doing good to public.

    Need help:

I kind of get why AC B is right but do not understand why D is wrong because how I also see the above is:

=>His gaining private benefit by selling unethical vs. His action somehow benefiting the public ethical

    Can someone explain?

Hello, I have a recommender writing me a letter about me serving in the church and some other things, I only wanted to send this letter to Liberty University and Regent University as they are both faith based law schools, For my letter description should I put the two schools name or say "use for faith based law schools" I really want to make sure both law schools see that letter. Thanks for answering in advance

    Hi, folks

I came to cross PT 70 sec1 Q11, and started to wonder what proportional propositions imply.

Let’s say “The more A, the more B” is given as a Premise, not Conclusion

Does this mean that the Only contributing factor to B is the A, regardless of any other factors?

Since it literally means the more A, the more B, if A goes up, then B should go up, right?

Then as long as A is more, then other factors doesn’t matter?

OR is the proposition imply that “if all other factors are equal”? So even if A rises, if the other factors are not equal and offset the proportional relationship between A and B?

Hi everyone--just wondering if people have advice on how to improve with these problem types? I've found that I consistently underperform on these games and I'm not sure why--I think my main difficulty is maintaining all the rules and working within time, but generally I find that I get "stuck" with them more consistently than I do with grouping or regular "in/out" games. Thanks so much!

LG was by far my worst section (-17 on cold diagnostic), and now that is at a -6. I was planning on finishing LG, but these "in-out" games seem to rely on previous lessons in LR (I assume), is it time to pivot and do LR then come back to LG?

Also, how often do these pop up? I've done 3 PTs and never had one, just seq, seq twist, and grouping.

Hello everyone, looking for another person or a few people (3-4) to study with for the November exam. Looking to score into the 160s. I am located in PST zone and would be willing to work with a group a 2-3 days per week if our schedules can align. If you are interested, please PM and we can create a group chat. Currently working part-time so my scheduling is open. Thanks!

A couple of us are getting together to do a BR session of PT 37 on Saturday. We are planning to take the test and not look at the answers and do the BR together. If you are interested, dm me and I will send you the discord link because that is where we are having the session :)

    Hello,,

I am trying to make sense of why I would get -14 on one section and -4 on other section of same PT..

This was from PT 75.. Has anyone experienced this score difference?

I am post-CC right now and so far I've only done Pt 36 along with some timed sections. Regarding timed sections, would it make sense to superscore each section as a practice test and input the data into analytics? I'm quite confused on this front because I would like to boost the analytics data to see my weak areas. Additionally, how often would most recommend completing these sections throughout, the week, as I don't want to burn through too many pts too soon?

I understand that [All] statements negate to a [Some, Not] statement

(All cats are pretentious) negates to (Some cats are not pretentious)

Following this, [Some] statements negate to [None]

(Some cats are pretentious) negates to (No cats are pretentious)

The question I am seeking clarification on is for negating [Some, Not] statements; does [Some, Not] negate back to [All]?

(Some dogs are not brave) negates to (All dogs are brave)?

    Thank you for the help.
