Totally agree that maintaining a balanced life while studying is super important. I've really struggled with that since I also have to balance working full time and taking care of obligations I have at home. Needless to say I can't wait to be done …
To combat my timing anxiety, I hide the timer during LR and it helps me tremendously to slow down and methodically answer questions. I periodically check it to make sure I'm not moving too slowly, though.
