I basically cycle between 2months on and two months off. Start every day with meditation on how to be good and what life means to me. Constantly read, exercise, and have at least one other commitment (either job or volunteering, or family, etc).
Here's what I did when I was in your situation. I re-did the 7sage CC. Takes a long time (about 2months), but it works. If you don't have time for it, maybe get a tutor to get some guided weakness recognition and practice.
