Yes, I'm re-taking in December, too. I didn't end up taking October though.
The 2-year period starts from your first LSAT score. For example, if your first one was October 2013, you can take the LSAT two more times before October 2015.
The LSAT only allows three attempts per 2year period...what happens if we go over the 3 attempts? or is there a way to withdraw one attempt post written?
Miijohns6, I emailed LSAC about that exact same question, and they responded that the 3 times within the two yearrule only applies to having actually taken the test, or having cancelled your score after taking the test.
I think you are limited to 3 scored tests within a 2year period. Since you canceled your October test, you should be able to take it again in June 2015, but I would check with LSAC to be sure.
