Same boat. I was worried about this as well since I just graduated last May and will not be applying this cycle. This was answered on a previous post, however. The rec letters will still be onfile! :)
Can I deleted the letter myself or do I have to call the LSAC? I do not see an option for me to delete it. My concern was the timing of letter onfile as shown by the time stamp.
I don't think they have a specific score range for fee waivers. My score onfile isn't impressive, and I received one last month. My friends with a 172+ did not receive one.
Here's to hoping my retake tomorrow changes that :)

Harvard Law admissions stated in their FAQ that if you have both LSAT and GRE scores onfile that they will report your LSAT to the ABA. Im assuming this means that scoring relatively higher in the GRE won't offset a lower LSAT
